Spooky2 PEMF Coil can be used with both Spooky2 Central and a Spooky2 XM generator. But they are different.
First, the frequencies are different. PEMF coil in Spooky2 Central helps induce electroporation at fixed 100 HZ. While you can use any frequency between 0-20MHz for treatment with Spooky2 XM-Generator.
Second, the power is different. When PEMF coil is used with Spooky2-XM generator, the power is lower than that with Spooky2 Central. So PEMF coil with XM generator is often suggested for entrainment (healing process). This usually requires variable frequencies.
Third, the amplitude can be different. The amplitude of PEMF Coil with Spooky2 Central is Fixed at 30V, while you can change as you wish with Spooky2 XM-Generator.
Fourth, the waveform can be different. PEMF Coil with Spooky2 Central uses square wave, while you can change as you wish with Spooky2 XM-Generator.

1)Spooky2 has no limits. You can use it as long as you like.
However, there are no adverse effects of using the coil too long. Treatments can safely be performed overnight.
Sometimes the use of the PEMF coil with frequency sets can result in a Herx reaction. This happens when pathogens are killed and the poisons they contain are released. So take care and slowly build up treatment durations.
2)Here is the most comprehensive study on PEMF/MRS and insomnia. You really only need 1 coil placed high on the back of the neck and results should be similar to study. Even better sleep is achieved to high REM after 4-5 months, suggest 30 minutes a day.

Can the PEMF coil be used for healing neuropathy in the feet if that person has a stent and a metal rod in their arm?
Hello Marisol, it is safe because PEMF is a non-contact mode. There is no electrical current flowing from the coil to the body.
