Time: 10:30 AM Nanjing, China (GMT+8.00)
SAMA Expert: Linda Yoonjin

Mental health is central to everyone’s well-being, particularly adolescents, teens, and young adults. However, depression is becoming increasingly common among younger Americans. Alarmingly, young adults aged between 18 and 25 have had an even greater increase, with 13.1 percent experiencing a major depressive episode in 2017 compared to 10.9 percent the year before. How can this be corrected? Linda Yoonjin taught us how.

Linda is the Director of Brain Education TV. She is a certified yoga, meditation, and Brain Education instructor who gives lectures and workshops on self-development of the body & mind. Her expertise is relief from stress, anxiety and insomnia.

During this interview, Linda Yoonjin shared:
1. The reasons why more and more young people are getting depressed.
2. The impact of social media on loneliness among youth.
3. Advice for parents to help their children alleviate loneliness, depression and anxiety.
