Is it possible to give us a reading form of these breathing exercises, as simply as possible ?
For those who don’t understand english language as well as you do.

Hello Phil. Thank you for your kind suggestion! We will consider carefully, develop more forms, and let more people understand. Have a good day!

Thank you for revisiting the Buteyko method!

Since I watched your interview with Patrick McKeown, I’ve been taping up my mouth at night and doing my best to inhale only through my nose during the day. The biggest changes I notice are:
    – I don’t gag at night (I think I was starting to get sleep apnea)
    – I rarely cough during the day. I used to cough a lot during the day and now I believe that the coughing was mild asthma. Now I notice that I cough when I’ve been talking a lot or when I’ve been mouth-breathing. If this happens, I exhale, hold my breath as long as I can, and then inhale slowly.
