Hi everyone.

In this episode of SAMA, Margie Bissinger discussed bone health.

Margie is a physical therapist who has worked with clients in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis for over 20 years. Margie helps people achieve optimal bone and overall health through whole foods, exercise, mind-body relaxation techniques, and happiness training. Instead of spending money on various health products, Margie recommended many natural foods for nutrients and minerals, such as milk, leafy greens, sardines, and salmon. Exercise and strength training relieves stress, an important factor for bone health.

During this interview, Margie shared:

Bone health problems can cause a lot of inconvenience to our lives and even shorten our lifespans. But we are not powerless. Through this episode of SAMA, you will learn diet and exercise plans, which will allow you to have strong bones naturally.
