Frederico has a Medical Degree and a Master’s Degree (Psychiatry) from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon. Frederico’s most recent work has focused on holistic approaches to well-being, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Frederico explained how he researched various healing modalities to help people achieve wellbeing. He talked about the 3 key points necessary for addiction recovery: people’s desire to recover, correct actions, and support from friends and family.

2. What kind of mindset people need for treating addiction and mental health.
