Just remember that if you initially feel worse, it means the Rife machine is working. It is the result of cleaning out all your unwanted ‘guests’.
When Rife machines kill germs, the cells often burst open. This is good because the germs can no longer multiply. However, any poisons that are contained within the cell are released.
Running detox frequencies often has a similar result. All of us have built-up toxicity in our bodies, acquired over many years of neglect. Detox frequencies are designed to release these toxins into the bloodstream for subsequent removal.

Usually these types of responses will only happen in the beginning of a new treatment. The reactions will soon stop and then you will feel better each day.
Not everyone will feel unwell. If you don’t have such a reaction, it means that you don’t have a large population of the particular microorganism, the selected programs are incorrect for your health issue, or your organs are already functioning well enough to remove the toxicity or debris quickly and efficiently.
The following steps will help you on your path to recovery:
1. Make sure you run a detoxing program before or during your treatment. 2. Take extra rest or reduce the duration your treatments if necessary. Don’t push yourself too hard. Listen to your body. Remember that it took a while for you to get sick. It may also take a while for you to get better.
3. Drink plenty of distilled water or lemon water.
4. Eat natural foods. Homemade fermented foods like Sauerkraut, Kim Chi, Miso, Pickles, Kefir, Kombucha and Yoghurt help to maintain gut flora biodiversity, which it turn assists in removing toxins. Foods with plenty of fibre help your excretory system function smoothly.
